Ceilidh Classes
Ceilidh dancing is both highly social and a great way to get (and stay!) fit. Anyone can take part, and you can put as much or as little effort into it as you like. No special clothing or equipment is needed, although it is best to wear light, sensible shoes. Classes always go at a sensible pace and there are plenty of breaks for chatting and catching up. You don't even need a partner - everyone is welcome.
Two left feet is also no excuse either - one of them will be cured!
There are no classes running at the moment, but it is hoped to start at least one later in the summer. This is likely to be in Beath High School in Cowdenbeath, and as soon as details are clear they will be posted on here. In the meantime, if you would like to be added to the mailing list for information about this, and any other classes, just send an email to the address below, or use the contact page on this site.
