Ceilidh dancing is great fun.   There are no classes runing right now, but when they start again they will be listed here.

Some time ago people were asked to record their "wellbeing" before and after a ceilidh session. The results were spectacular, and you can see them here.

There are all sorts of ways in which ceilidh dancing can help with teamwork, leadership and management.  There are a few ideas here.
